Weekly Kindergarten Specials
Our Classroom Activities This Week March 27th-31st
In Religion, we will discuss the importance of meals in our lives and in
the time of Jesus. We will read about the
loaves and the fishes and Jesus' Last Supper.
In Math, we will take a test on composing and decomposing numbers to 10.
In Language Arts/Reading, we will create sentences with the letter W. We will implement Daily 5 and work in our guided reading groups. We will begin a special class project.
In Science, we will learn about signs of Spring. We will learn about the life cycle of a chicken.
In Social Studies, we will create a hallway display of amazing and brave women for Women's History Month. We will write about Amelia Earhart and list the jobs of these important women we discussed.

Our Lenten School project is to bring in diapers for the Covenant House. Thank you once again for your support!
We Need 20 Minutes of Your Time
A few weeks ago, we sent out a link to the Middle States survey. This is the
first step in our school's re-accreditation process. Less than half of our families took
the time to fill it out. Unfortunately, we will be evaluated on how many families
fill out the survey. Mr. McGuire urges you to take 20 minutes and answer the 63 questions that you’ll find at the link below.This is critical to our future. Thank you!
